CSR Policy

ARTICA SHOPFITTING, a company dedicated to the marketing of custom-made furniture for commercial use, establishes its social responsibility policy to make it available to our employees, suppliers, subcontractors and other interested parties to promote and encourage the following principles:

  • The organization will not take part in or support the use of child labor, and in the case of hiring minors or young people (under 18 years of age), they will not perform tasks that are dangerous or unsafe for their health or physical development and
  • The organization must not take part in or support the use of forced or compulsory labor, and will simply comply with the provisions of applicable legislation regarding working hours and overtime.
  • The organization will carry out fair and non-discriminatory staff selection processes (race, sex, origin) and will promote, when appropriate, the promotion of staff, ensuring that there is no discrimination in employment.
  • ARTICA SHOPFITTING will give its workers freedom with respect to freedom of association and collective bargaining with management, as well as establish disciplinary measures and internal agreements with workers, based on current legislation, applying the relevant agreements.
  • The organization will monitor and control practices such as:

Physical or sexual violence
Bonded labour
Withholding of wages and fees
Restriction of mobility/ movement
Withholding of passport and identity documents
Threat of reporting to the authorities

Retention of harassment, intimidation or abuse, analyzing the causes for their eradication.

  • ARTICA SHOPFITTING will agree with workers on economic benefit systems in accordance with current laws, so that salaries must be sufficient to meet the basic needs of staff and offer discretionary income.
  • The organization will provide a healthy and safe working environment and take effective measures to prevent potential health and safety incidents and injuries or illnesses. You must minimise or eliminate, as far as possible, the causes of all hazards in the workplace environment.

Management will ensure that this policy is disseminated and understood, since we understand that our employees are the main parties involved in achieving the quality of our activities, as well as interested parties, and it will be available to the public on the organization’s website.
